We want all of our guests to feel right at home when they stay at Sunset Point RV Park. To maintain a clean, relaxing, safe, and secure environment for everyone, the following rules were established with a “Good Neighbor Policy” in mind. Since every contingency cannot be covered in one set of rules, we reserve the right to update and/or amend these rules as needed. If you have any questions about anything, please ask management first

 

Check in instructions

1 - Check in 3:00 AM

2 - Check out 11:00 PM

3 - Our cabins have self check in door locks. Your code will be available at 3 PM check-in and it will expire at

11 AM check-out.

4 - You will have 2 assigned parking spaces in front of your cabin. No utility trailers allowed at site. All utility

trailers, work equipment or extra vehicles over two, may be parked in storage area at the current rate. It

is your responsibility to move it in and out of storage.

5 - Parking is allowed in designated parking areas only. Parking in vacant RV sites will result in being

charged the daily rate and/or vehicle being towed. Parking on the grass or in the street may result in a

fine and/or towing.

6 - 4 Person Max

7 - No Smoking allowed in cabins.

8 - No Pets allowed in cabins. (Having Pets in Cabins can result in you being removed from the Park and Up to 500$ fine)

 

Check out Instructions

1 - Empty all trash and take it to the dumpster

2 - Wash, Dry and put away any dirty dishes

3 - No need to round up towels or strip the beds we will take care of it.

4 - Log out of your accounts on smart TV's

5 - Make sure door is locked

House Rules/Park Rules

​

1 - NO PETS ALLOWED inside or outside your cabin.. (Having Pets in Cabins can result in you being removed from the Park and Up to 500$ fine)

2 - Keep your cabin area neat and tidy and leave common areas as clean as you found them.

3 - Do not Leave Trash outside your cabin. Dispose of all trash in the dumpster provided in the front of the

park. No oil, grease, paint, tires, batteries, furniture, junk or explosives are allowed in dumpster.

4 - Mechanical repairs on vehicles are not allowed on site without permission from site manager.

5 - Do not flush any hygeine products, condoms, Q-Tips, baby wipes or adult wipes down the toilet.

6 - Do not use hair dye in cabins. Using any type of hair dye in our cabins or restrooms will result in a

$100.00 fine.

7 - Children under 18 must have a parent or guardian over 21 with them while in the park.

8 - Quiet Time is from 10 PM-8 AM. All outside radios and tv’s must be off. Please keep noise down as to

not disturb others. All children under 18 must be at their site during these hours.

9 - Discharging or displaying firearms, paintball, B-B, pellet, air guns, slingshots, fireworks or any other type

of weapon is prohibited.

10 - NO ATV’s or Dirt bikes allowed.

11 - Golf carts must be operated by licensed drivers only.

12 - Camp fires are allowed in designated areas in approved fire pits only.

13 - Guests will be held liable for any damage to buildings, grounds, lots, or water/electric meters if damage is

due to their or their guest’s/visitor’s/children’s negligence. Offensive activity, excessive noise, abusive

language, interference with other guests, disturbing the peace and willful or careless destruction of

property in any manner will not be tolerated. If law enforcement is called for a disturbance at your site for

any reason, you will be required to vacate the park immediately without any refunds for unused nights.

14 - All guests and visitors agree to use the facilities at their own risk. No lifeguards or security are on duty.

15 - No swimming in pond at any time. 

16 - Catch and release fishing is only allowed from fishing pier at the rear of the office building and behind your cabin. 

17 - Guests and visitors agree that neither Management nor Owners will be held responsible for any injury or loss to 

persons or personal property.

18 - All other RV Park Rules and common areas not included here must be followed at all times! Please refer to Park Rules

Kitchen Fully Furnished with full sized appliances. You should have everything you need to cook a full

meal (and have your morning coffee).

We will start your stay off with one roll of paper towels, two coffee pods and two laundry detergent pods

(non scented).

Site Security

 

1 - The Safety and Security of our guests are important to us. Our RV park is equipped with security

Lighting & cameras to ensure a secure environment for everyone.

 

Final Notes

1 - Profane, abusive, or threatening language, behavior, and/or actions directed at personnel or guests or that could adversely affect the enjoyment of others at our park are prohibited.

2 - Soliciting is not permitted on park grounds.

3 - Damage to Sunset Point RV Park property, including facilities, utilities, landscaping, vehicles, streetlights, or signage, is strictly prohibited. Guests will be held responsible for the repair of any damage.

4 - Sunset Point RV Park assumes no responsibility for fire, theft, vandalism, natural happenings, injury, accidents, or losses from any cause for any personal property.

5 - Park management reserves the right to refuse service to anyone.

 

ACCORDING TO TEXAS PENAL CODE SECTION 31:04 (B), any guest who leaves without paying for site services or who refuses to pay for site services when due is subject to criminal prosecution. We provide service hook-ups for your RV. We require full payment in advance and will prosecute any violations under the “THEFT OF SERVICES LAW”.
